Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote, OneDrive, and SharePoint.

Everyone uses, or at least, knows about these apps. Still, not all users are aware of who is responsible for backing up their data. The official Microsoft Services Agreement states:

“In the event of an outage, you may not be able to retrieve Your Content or Data that you’ve stored. We recommend that you regularly backup Your Content and Data that you store on the Services or store using Third-Party Apps and Services.”

It is hard to say what is more important for an organization than their documents, contacts, emails, and having 24/7 access to them, or at least the possibility to recover at any time.

Internal and external threats, legal issues, and internal security threats, every user has a reason for backing up Office 365 accounts.

I would like to know your personal point of view and reward you for your participation in the poll with 1 year of free data protection from NAKIVO. This way you can protect virtual, physical, cloud, and SaaS environments without any commitments for 12 months.
